Sony Ericsson's Next Announcement

There are some rumors on the Internet that inspite of the latest Walkman announcement which was made a couple of days ago, there is going to be another announcement on the 11th of August.

If we look back at the latest announced phones, there is not much to wait for. I mean except of a couple of handsets (C905 and X1), there is nothing innovative or at least something different, the aspects with which Sony Ericsson always were ready to make us happy. But for nowadays, there are too many similar phones with few differences. Sony Ericsson's latest phones are some kind of redesign or, I don't know, recycling of the old ones... Some of the flagship phones, or awaited flagships are really good ones, but I can't say the same about mid-end, or low-end range, I think it's time for something innovative or at least something new...

There are some rumors on the Internet that Sony Ericsson will be announcing some high-end flagship phones, and not only standard A200 based ones ;)

What can we expect? We already know that there is going to be G702 and also recently leaked Remi. We are still awaiting for 16 gigs Walkman flagship... Someone says that Sony Ericsson is going to announce UIQ3.3 smartphone with 8MP camera, better CPU, more RAM, 8GB internal memory and a bigger screen. Of course it would be fantastic, but I don't know how much we can wait for another UIQ smatphone after the unification with Symbian Foundation.. But still, it would be great :)

So I guess, we'll get some welcome news on the 11th of August, so let's wait and see what's going to happen... And I guess, there are going to be some leaks before this day ;)
