First Walkman With a 5MP Camera Has Been Leaked

A couple of days ago, a picture of the upcoming Walkman branded handset leaked in the Internet... There was nothing much to look at on that picture, except that the phone is definitely Walkman branded, the form-factor is Candybar and that it is a black one :D

But now, through the Arabian Sony Ericsson community - SE4M.com we've got detailed leaks of the upcoming music phone from Sony Ericsson and guess what? It has a 5MP camera with Flash light... Isn't it what everybody wanted? Walkman phone with better camera, so looks like SE has cared about it...

For now, there is not much to say about its specifications, besides of those visual characteristics which we can see on those pictures :)

What we definitely know is that the phone is equipped with a 5MP camera and a flash light on its back... It has a front camera, which means the upcoming Walkman is surely 3G enabled. I guess the display of the phone is standard, which Sony Ericsson is putting in all its latest models - 262k color TFT with 240 x 320 pixels and maximum 2.4 inches, but I think it's more slightly smaller, probably 2.2 inches. I guess there are no updates of the software platform and it looks like it's still A200.

Design of the housing reminds me that of Sony Ericsson V640, which is not the best decision if you'd ask me :) but it's my subjective opinion of course. The side buttons are definitely the player buttons and they look like pretty dexterous. Unfortunately there is still no 3.5mm jack port... And it's pretty crazy thought, but is it a Trackball in the center of D-Pad?

The codename of the device is Patti and there is an opinion that this phone is based on Sony Ericsson C902 hardware platform, in a short - it's a Walkman variant of the Sony Ericsson C902, which leads us to think that the nomenclature of this device will be W902 - Sony Ericsson W902.
